Turning 40 Doesn’t Scare Rachel Hunter

Rachel Hunter, the former face of Ultimo, is nearing 40, but unlike many women, she isn’t the least bit alarmed about hitting the milestone.

"Forty doesn't scare me whatsoever," she tells the Daily Mail. "It's just a number. I think 30 is a big jump from your twenties, but 40 holds no fear for me. To be honest, if you don't feel better getting older then what are you going to do?"

But as she comes closer to the big 4-0, Hunter, the former wife of rock music icon, is contemplating on finding a new career that doesn’t involve making money from her looks anymore.

"To be honest, I really am looking for a new niche for myself now," she says. "I've done so many things, from modelling to acting, and you get to the point where you think: 'Now what can I sink my teeth into?'"
