Just a few more days and 2007 will be history, and another year will be added to our time on Earth. But just because we age doesn’t mean we have to look aged. And we’re not even talking about desperate measures like plastic surgery. There are a number of simple and definitely less expensive and painful ways for us to remain young-looking.
In an article in The New York Times, beauty expert Natasha Singer enumerates a number of simple, inexpensive and ultimately effective ways of taking care of our skin for that always youthful look. And no, it doesn’t say anything about buying this beauty product or spending money on dermatologists. In fact, the wisdom the article imparts is something we already know, but tend to forget about. You know, stuff like washing our faces regularly or getting more sleep.
While there’s no way following such tips to the letter would stop aging, they could at least help us slow the process down. Probably anyway. But then again, what have we got to lose by following these tips?
