Michael Jackson To Launch Fashion Line

It seems that the celebrity-branded fashion bandwagon has a new passenger in the person of the King of Pop.

Michael Jackson, who hasn’t had a hit record for quite sometime now, is reportedly collaborating with a friend, Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier, in the creation of his own fashion range.

 “It’s the merging of the King of Pop with the king of fashion. Something explosive is going to happen”, Audigier confirms to People.

To be launched this fall, the Jacko-inspired collection will be exclusively carried by Kitson, whose owner, Fraser Ross, expressed so much faith about the forthcoming line.

“Michael Jackson is an international pop icon who has had a huge following throughout his career. I think people will think it’s hip to wear his line. Through all his ups and downs people still love him. He still has a huge fan base”, Ross said.
