The Internet was abuzz with rumors that Marc Jacobs has tied the knot with his partner, Lorenzo Martone over the weekend. It was, however, all just a rumor.

According to Fashion Week Daily, a rep for Jacobs has confirmed that the designer was not making a beeline to the altar, but was instead busy working at the Louis Vuitton Paris offices over the weekend.

"They're just rumors," said the representative at Marc Jacobs' press office at Louis Vuitton in Paris. "There's no truth to it at all". Another representative of Jacobs’ from New York concurred. "Marc did not get married--nor does he have any plans to".
