Manolo Blahnik fans rejoice! The Spanish shoe designer, whose name is forever associated with the landmark HBO series “Sex and the City”, has finally gone online with the launch of his own website, www.manoloblahnik.com.

The site, which is already up and running, aims to help Blahnik fanatics keep abreast of what’s happening with the label, and will regularly feature plans and information on store openings as well as updates on the designer’s thoughts. According to a Blahnik rep, the new site “will update Manolo Blahnik aficionados all over the world with his work by highlighting the season's top shoes and giving an overview of the collection".

A bio of the designer, a comprehensive news section and a listing of all worldwide boutiques can also be found within the site. However, Blahnik aficionados still have to buy their favorite shoes the old-fashioned way, as the site has yet to set up online shopping features.
