Fashionistas have embraced Lindsay Lohan’s leggings range, with the collection proving to be a hit as it sold out in stores across the United States.

The fashion accessories line, named 6126 after screen legend Marilyn Monroe's birthdate, was launched earlier this month. And it has become such a hit that customers are now being placed on a waiting list until stores can order new stock.

"The collection is blowing out, we were so overwhelmed by the reaction. We have launched other celebrity collections here, and this one is just flying through the door”, Los Angeles boutique owner Jaye Hersh tells E! Online.

And compared to collections launched by other celebrities, Lohan’s range appears to be a much bigger hit.

"We launched Lauren Conrad's collection, we've had Mandy Moore, we've had various different celebrity lines, but this one really seems to be hitting home", Hersh adds.
