Janice Dickinson Faces Fashion Show Ban

Janice Dickinson may be “The World’s First Supermodel” like she loves to claim, but that didn’t stop L.A. Fashion Week organizers from banning her from future shows after she caused a ruckus during the Ed Hardy fashion show last night.

She made a scene when she took someone else’s seats, complaining that the seat assigned to her wasn’t close enough to the media. And she was even yelling that she’s not moving for anyone, that she doesn’t care who it is. But when Smashbox Studio co-creator Davis Factor, whose seat Dickinson took along with that of Fern Mallis, lead organizer of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, gave her a piece of his mind, she readily moved to another seat.

There’s more. Dickinson then faced reporters and said Ed Hardy t-shirts only cost $5 because that’s what it cost to manufacture them in China, and that they should be worth money in two decades.

And as if that wasn’t enough, the supermodel also made quite a scene backstage. With her foot stuck into a tub of ice, she yelled that some model broke her toe.

Naturally, "the powers that be" at IMG asked that JD be left off any future guest lists to spare them from her antics.
