J.Lo Impresses NY Fashion Week Crowd

Just like Gwen Stefani, singer-actress Jennifer Lopez impressed the discerning crowd at New York Fashion Week when she unveiled her new JustSweet collection for Spring 2008.

The audience took to the JustSweet range, which many describe as unusually young and fun.

Lopez, who has an affordable denim range as well as a high end couture line called Sweetface, was clad in a a trendy lime green mini-dress which was taken from her new fashion line when she went up the catwalk at Eyebeam studios. A visibly elated Lopez said: "I love creating things and I've loved clothes since I was a little girl.” She described her new line as "fantasy - classic inspiration but with a new, kind of funky spin", and added that "girls who are young are going to wear it... to feel sophisticated, because it does have a chic kind of feeling to it, but people who are older who wear it are going to feel young, flirty and fun. It really has a nice mix."
