Luggage and accessories label Samsonite has a new global creative director in the person of designer Christopher Pearson.
Pearson will replace Quentin Mackay, who has been Samsonite's global creative director since January 2005. He will based at the label's executive offices in London.
As global creative director, Pearson, who will be taking the helm at the beginning of next month. will be responsible for the Samsonite Black Label, Samsonite and American Tourister brands. On top of that, he will also be working with Samsonite’s marketing, advertising and PR functions on campaigns, feeding into the look and identity of the brand.
Pearson has mighty impressive credentials, having worked with Dunhill, Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, Yves Saint Laurent and Hermes in the past.
