A Japanese company just came up with a solution to the sweltering summer heat—air-conditioned clothes.
That’s right. Sounds very much like science fiction, but Kuchou-fuku, the company that makes these self-cooling shirts and jackets, have successfully translated this technology into reality.
Last Friday, the iconic New York City department store Saks Fifth Avenue opened a new shoe floor which carries a hundred thousand pairs of shoes, a figure that definitely dwarfs even that of notorious shoe fetishist, former Philippine First lady Imelda Marcos.
And many women are calling the 8th-floor store “shoe heaven”, with three times more shoes and brands like Jimmy Choo, Christian Dior, Gucci, Giorgio Armani, Valentino, Dolce and Gabbana, Jonathan Kelsey and Burberry. Apart from the dizzying array of shoes, the floor also boasts of an express elevator, a VIP shopping room, expert shoe repair and two cafes.

Hatcher, who plays the klutzy Susan Mayer in the hit ABC series, will appear in the latest Badgley Mishka campaign via a series of posters and ads for the label's autumn/winter collection. The ads, which were shot in a Bel Air, California mansion last month, show the actress clad in various dresses, including a hand-painted platinum velvet dress embossed with a pale gold Baroque pattern and polka dot lingerie.

Swedish fast-fashion retailer Hennes & Mauritz, or better known as H&M, will be opening a flagship store in the Georgian capital, it’s first-ever in the southeastern U.S.
The store, which is set to open in March, will have two levels and an area of 24,000 square feet. And just as with other H&M stores, it will sell women's, men's and children's clothing lines, accessories and lingerie, basics and in-house designs, as well as collaborations from designers, the latest of which is the upcoming line from Roberto Cavalli.
The store will be situated in Atlantic Station, a mixed-use development right in Atlanta’s Midtown area.
