Auction site eBay has suffered yet another blow. The Paris Court of Appeal has ordered the French version of the site to stop selling all LVMH Moet Hennessey Louis Vuitton-owned beauty products. This comes just weeks after the auction site lost a high profile court battle against LVMH over the alleged selling of counterfeit goods.
WWD reports that eBay could be fined as much as 50,000 euros a day if it continues to sell Parfums Christian Dior, Kenzo Parfums, Guerlain and Parfums Givenchy products, as LVMH reserves the right to sell these goods only in selected outlets of its own choosing.

Leather label Belstaff is set to dress Batman in The Dark Knight, the latest installment of the DC superhero film franchise.
Christian Bale, who returns as Batman in the upcoming film, will wear a Belstaff vintage-look leather jacket.
Belstaff, whose fans include Kate Moss to Alexa Chung, has been heating up the screen lately with their must-have leather jackets and biker boots. Among the movies that have made use of Belstaff creations are Mission Impossible III, Ocean’s Twelve, and most recently, Wanted, where a super-sexy Angelina Jolie killed a slew of enemies while clad in leather.

Dorian Leigh, one of the world’s first supermodels, passed away Monday at a nursing home in Falls Church, Va. She was 91.
Leigh is best known for being the face Revlon's famous “Fire and Ice" campaign in the 1950s. Shot by the legendary Richard Avedon, the campaign starring Leigh made the cosmetics line famous.

The first fragrance created by John Galliano is scheduled to hit stores in October.
The eponymous fragrance, which the designer had initially launched in Paris earlier this week, is described by those who were at the event as sweet, light and floral, which o course makes a lot of sense, as the scent combines rose, lavender, bergamot, violet and amber notes.
Galliano, which comes encased in a fabulous bottle designed to look just like one of the designer’s couture creations, will be available exclusively at Harrods in three sizes, a body lotion, shower cream and body scrub.
